Preamble and Definitions

This site is owned, managed and operated by ‘Anayon Quantum Energy Private Limited’ hereinafter referred to as “we, “us”, “our” & “Company”. At www.anayon.in (hereinafter referred to as “website” & “Anayon”), we want to make the EV Charging experience satisfying and safe. We respect the privacy of each and every person and are committed to protecting personal information of the Users.

Persons (referred to as “User”, “you”, “buyer”) using this Website to avail the services have read, understood and accepted completely and unconditionally the Privacy Policy.

This policy describes how the information about the User may be used, how it may be disclosed and how the User may access this information. This page will serve as the official Privacy Policy of www.anayon.in  and a summary of the Users’ privacy rights.

What Information We Collect: 

We collect information to provide better Services to all of our users. We collect information in the following ways (collectively, “Data”):

Information you give us. For example, some of our Services require you to sign up for a Anayon account. When you do, we’ll ask for personal information like your name, email address, or telephone number to store with your account. Similarly information collected from various events where you participated and visited Anayon booth.

Goal of the Data Processing

• Optimize the usage of the charging stations by the users while keeping the cost low.
• Improve the maintenance and the vehicle rotation on the charging stations.
• Develop a charging optimization algorithm to introduce a load management system that enables EVs to charge concurrently according site’s constraints (site’s maximum power…)
• Encourage users to charge at home in order to lower the infrastructure’s load and eventually get their electricity consumptions reimbursed for charging their professional cars

Privacy

• This application has been designed considering all personal data privacy from the beginning.

Third Party Product Integrations

• Stripe: used for the billing and the payment
• Tap: used for the billing and the payment
• Razorpay; used for the billing and payment
• Google Firebase: used to send remote push notifications to the user’s mobile phones

Involved Users

• The users that make use of the charging stations on the monitored site and who registered to the Charging Station Management System.

Data Processing Target

• The data processing are for site managers, data scientists and demos to internal/external customers.
• Users access the data only through the secured protocol (HTTPs)
• For demo to external people, we use a demo user to anonymize all the personal data.
• User’s sessions could be processed to predict charging demand on a given site.

Data Localization

• The application will be deployed and the data will be stored on a Cloud platform.

Right to Oblivion

• Your personal data will be kept until the end of your employment contract with the company.
• Your personal data will be erased manually after an inactivity period of 6 months (no connection to the application during that time.)
• Your personal data will be erased in case you request it

Security

• User and Password are required to access the application for all the users.
• The data is securely sent over the network using an encrypted protocol (HTTPs) thus ensuring the confidentiality.
• Only administrators are authorized to read, write, edit, delete all the data stored in the database.
• Standard users are only authorized to read and edit their own personal data, see the charging stations availability, the current charge, the history of their sessions and their statistics.
• Your data can be communicated to third parties in case of legal inquiry such as “Inspection du travail” or “Services fiscaux” or police services.

User Consent

• You must give your explicit consent for us to use your data.
• This is done via a checkbox in the login page in our Charging Station Management System and Mobile App.

Right to access and correct data

• You can, upon providing proof of your identity, make an inquiry to the Data Privacy Officer or the administrator about the right of accessing your personal data.
• You can request, to the Data Privacy Officer, that the information concerning your data that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, no longer valid, or that the use, communication or keeping of which is prohibited, may be corrected, completed, clarified, updated or deleted.

Right to Object

• You have the right to object about the usage of all or part of your data by contacting the Data Privacy Officer.

Limit the Data Processing

• You have the right to limit part of the usage of your data.

Portability Right

• You can request, to the Data Privacy Officer, the transfer of all or part of your personal data in a file which is readable.
• You can also export all or part of your sessions in the application.

Use of information

The Website uses any information voluntarily given by the Users to enhance their experience, to provide interactive elements on the Website, share contents or to better prepare future content based on the interests of the Users.

The Website will not disclose any information about any individual User except to comply with applicable laws or valid legal processes or to protect the personal safety of the Users or of the general public.

Use and share your information

Note: This list of usage and sharing of information is NOT EXCLUSIVE, but includes the possible areas of the same. We reserve all rights to extend this list as and when required.

• For Services: We may make use of any information provided by you for delivery of Services.  We may also share such information with our employees, associates or any third party who is involved in the process of providing the service.
• The Website uses User information to tailor the services provided by the Website to suit the Users needs. The Website will not share information about individual users with any third party, except as mentioned above.
• As Required By Law: We will share user information when required to do so by laws, regulations, rules, bye-laws or any statute of India to protect property and rights of the Company or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.

Information security

This Policy is restricted to the use of the Website and EV Charging Services. Any external link accessed from the Website shall not be governed by this Policy and we shall not be liable for any breach in privacy of users resulting from the use of an external Website.

The Website is operated via secure data networks protected by standard firewall and password protection systems. The Website does not sell or rent out the Users’ personal information to third parties.

Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by users.

Rights of user

We value the User’s privacy and will reasonably endeavor to protect all the User information. The Website keeps a record of the activities of each User in order to give the User complete and comprehensive care.

The Users have the right to amend and modify any information provided by them, which the Website maintains.

Changes and modifications

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice at any time. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at the Website. The User’s continued use of the Website after such amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications.

Survival of policy

In the event of a deactivation of use of the Website by the User, this entire privacy policy will continue to remain in force with regard to the Users’ proprietary information at all times.

General terms

The Terms & conditions as recorded in the Terms of Service shall be deemed to be a part hereof and incorporated herein by reference and shall be wholly and mutually accepted by the User.

Other uses and disclosures of information not covered by this Policy, or by other laws that apply to the Website, will be made only with the Users’ written permission. If the User gives permission to use or share their personal information, they may cancel that permission, in writing, at any time. If the User cancels permission, we will no longer use or share the information for the reasons covered in the said written permission. The User understands however, that we cannot reverse any disclosures, which have already made with the Users’ permission.
